Hi, Your dialysis services sound fantastic. We're planning our trip for Autumn 2026. Our aunty needs dialysis treatment while in Japan. We plan to visit Tokyo, Hiroshima and Sapporo. Does your services span all of these area or just Tokyo? Can we book reservations in any hotel? May we have an estimated cost for your services? We realize that the cost will most likely increase next year. Thank you!

★From RSA Thank you for your interest in our services and for mentioning your aunt's preference for in-room dialysis treatment. At the moment, our service is mainly based in Tokyo, but we also collaborate with trusted partner clinics in Hiroshima and Sapporo. We can certainly help coordinate dialysis treatments in those cities. Regarding hotels, yes, you can stay at any hotel of your choice. We will simply arrange transportation to the nearest clinic if needed.

I recently discovered your service offering dialysis care directly in a hotel suite, and it truly sounds like the safe, calm, and well-organized travel option I have been looking for. I receive hemodialysis three times per week, could you please confirm what is included in your in-suite hemodialysis service (medical team such as doctor, nurse, and technician)? • Do you provide a medical interpreter (English) during dialysis sessions if needed?
