This half-day tour is an ideal choice for time-tight travelers visiting Tokyo. Avoid the hassle of navigating by having a private guide to show you around the city. A perk of the tour is that you won’t waste time going to sights that don’t interest you, as the route can be customized. A sample itinerary may include Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, Shibuya Crossing, Takeshita Street in Harajuku, Imperial Palace, and Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.

Taka was super helpful and experienced, and flexible, gave plenty of tips and even helped us with getting PASMO cards for kids (Not as simple as for adults!) Oct 2025 • Couples We had a wonderful expierence. Taka was our guide and she made magic happen. My husband loves to work with wood building furniture and other items for pleasure. She found a wonderful small museum of the Japanese art of wood joinerie. At this museum she asked the person in charge for us if there were any shop that sold the tools for joinerie. He sent us to the only shop that still sells the tools. It was so special. It s run by a family that has had if to 120 years in the same place. This was such a special expierence. I am an avid cook and she also took us to the morning market and fish market the chef's shop at. So special again. We really appreciated all the help she gave to make the day so special. Pickup details

  • Please let us know your hotel in Tokyo in advance. A pick-up location is limited to hotels in central Tokyo (Within Tokyo's 23 wards). We cannot pick up at hotels in Chiba Prefecture (Maihama, etc.), Kanagawa Prefecture (Yokohama, etc.), airports or ports. If you stay at a hotel outside of Tokyo, please come to the designated meeting point.

  • [Private Vehicle Option] We are unable to provide pickup and drop-off services for hotels in the Urayasu area, including those near Tokyo Disney Resort. This service is available only in Tokyo.

Cancellation policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
