RSA offers two service models. In-suite hemodialysis — performed in your hotel room by a certified medical team — starts from ¥900,000 per session. Clinic-based treatment at a partner facility costs ¥204,000 per session (including coordination fee). An optional escort service, where an RSA coordinator accompanies you to and from the clinic, can be added for ¥60,000 per session (including coordination fee). All prices are in Japanese yen and exclude travel and accommodation costs.
