A perk of the tour is that you won’t waste time going to sights that don’t interest you, as the route can be customized.   • Please let us know your hotel in Tokyo in advance. A pick-up location is limited to hotels in central Tokyo (Within Tokyo's 23 wards). We cannot pick up at hotels in Chiba Prefecture (Maihama, etc.), Kanagawa Prefecture (Yokohama, etc.), airports or ports. If you stay at a hotel outside of Tokyo, please come to the designated meeting point.

Cancellation policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
